The Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association (NSREAA), as its purpose, serves and protects the public interest by regulating the practice of real estate appraisal and the governing of its members in accordance with the Real Estate Appraisers Act and the NSREAA bylaws. Our members play an important role in the real property market by providing unbiased appraisal, review, consulting, reserve fund planning, machinery and equipment and mass appraisal valuations.
