The Army Reserve is the part-time component of the Canadian Army. It generates full-time capabilities from part-time service, at home and abroad. Reservists can choose to deploy based on their particular circumstances and can serve Canada from their hometown. Reservists benefit from its unique work experience, sense of belonging and camaraderie.
